The Employee Data page in Kamsa lets you view and edit information about your workforce.
The various employee-related fields (i.e., that were included in the Census Data file upload) are displayed here, including an employee’s Kamsa Job Match, Job Level, market-based salary ranges, and compa-ratios.
The Employee Data page uses machine learning (ML), built internally by Kamsa since 2017, to assist in job matching and job leveling. When changes to the fields listed on the left column of the chart below are changed, the fields listed in the right column of the table may update, accordingly:
