Roles with access to employee data within their org will only see the comp ranges for all the jobs that are below them in all the market data cuts that apply to the company.
Examples:
if the user is level M6 and the highest level direct report is M3, they will be able to see IC1 to IC5 and M1 to M5 ranges
if the user is a level M3 manager of accounting, that user would not see below M3 ranges for any other job family but Accounting within the Company tab
if the user is level M5, and there is a direct report of theirs who is M6, Market Data will only display up to M4 as only job levels below the user (M5) will appear
