We purposely don’t slice the market data further (e.g., by company size or sub-industry) than what is available in Kamsa’s Market Data Cut drop-down menu (e.g., by company size or sub-industry) since then the # of data points would be too low and, thus, wonky. 

Also, clients don’t typically want to use a more granular slice than what Kamsa offers since it wouldn’t then  match the pool of talent from which they’d recruit (i.e., they wouldn’t hire Software Engineers or G&A positions from just X-type companies). 

For the majority of our clients, Kamsa market database is similar in employee size, stage and industry as theirs and matches the pool of talent in which they’d recruit from.

Note that for U.S. based executives we do have Revenue Cut available (e.g., <$50M, $50M-$199.9M).
