Comp Review Planning is where Admins can plan and budget for their salary reviews and equity reviews in Kamsa. 

Within Comp Review Planning, Admin users can:

  1. Enter eligibility rules

  2. Upload performance ratings and promotions to help fine-tune the budget (as applicable)

  3. Establish salary increase and equity grant guidelines based on eligibility criteria, compa-ratio, and performance rating (as applicable)

  4. Determine which managers will make pay decisions (“Comp Reviewers”)
