Step 1: In Company Profile, click the Edit Company Profile button
Step 2: Under the Compensation Philosophy section, either select the desired percentile for either the Technical or Non-technical job category.
Note: If needed, create a customization for the comp philosophy by clicking on Add Customization, select the Job Family, then choose the market percentile. Then, click Save Changes on the left.
