I can’t find a job in the Cultivate Your People tool.

Step 1: Within the Cultivate Your People page, select an employee, then in the New Kamsa Match field, search keyword(s) to find the job match you’re looking for.

• Resource: See the Kamsa Job Family Descriptions PDF (link available below) as a reference to identify the best Kamsa Job Match.

Step 2: Another option is to select a new Department from the Department drop-down, then select a new job family from the Job Family field (to the right of it) that you’d like to select a job from to match the employee to.
