Any manager with the Department Head user role access is able to view employee data and respective market data for anyone under their org.
They will only see compensation ranges for job families and jobs that are below their job level in the Market Data Cuts that apply to the company.
Example 1: If the user’s job level is M6 (Senior Director) and their highest level direct report is M3, they will be able to see market compensation ranges for IC1 to IC6 and up to M5 for the job families applicable to their org.
Example 2: If the user is a level M3 (Manager), and only has Accountants reporting to them, they would not be able to see market compensation ranges for below M3 ranges, nor for any job families other than for Accounting.
