Perform general upkeep or inspection of facilities or properties.

Inspect property, locks, and any other equipment on-site for functionality and tackle any maintenance tasks as they arise.
Communicate with property managers, building staff and property owners regarding repairs, renovations, and/or maintenance operations.
Review maintenance tasks (e.g., repairs, lock changing) to either complete the task(s), escalate, or submit work orders for vendors/external partner to complete.
