    Creates a welcoming environment for company visitors.

  • Receives and directs visitors, employment applicants, salespersons, and customers to appropriate locations and parties; notifies individuals of visitor arrival.

  • Maintains a visitors’ log and issues badges, as necessary.

  • Provides administrative and clerical support, including facilitating or coordinating messages, appointments and meetings.

  • May act as coordinator and be assigned data entry or research-related support to various functional areas of the company.
