Performance Rating Scale

The rating used in a performance management program to indicate an employee's level of performance or achievement during a set period of time.

The performance rating scale nomenclature (i.e., naming) can be customized by clicking on Edit → Customize Naming.

Note: The performance ratings naming will flow over into Employee Data and any Comp Review cycle.
