Performs technical training courses for customers and/or employees for company's product(s).

Interacts with customers and cross-functional teams to develop course curriculum or content.
Prepares lesson plans from technical or software documentation or specifications.
Works with engineering and technical support to ensure that course materials reflect current product features.
