Non-Technical

Responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and construction of a project.

Manages daily aspects of site construction to ensure delivery of finished projects within budget.
Responsible for timely delivery schedule, quality control, project cost management and safety compliance.
Performs site surveys, creates and updates project schedules, orders materials, and contributes to the selection and/or evaluation of subcontractors.
