Identifies talent and pipeline of qualified candidates in order to fill and close job openings for the company.

  • Acts as a strategic partner to hiring managers for job opening requirements.

  • Assesses whether or not applicants are qualified by conducting interviews, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements.

  • Negotiates and/or supports hiring managers in developing new hire compensation package/offers.

  • Determines appropriate recruiting sources for posting positions.
