Identifies talent and pipeline of qualified candidates in order to fill and close job openings for the company.
Acts as a strategic partner to hiring managers for job opening requirements.
Assesses whether or not applicants are qualified by conducting interviews, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements.
Negotiates and/or supports hiring managers in developing new hire compensation package/offers.
Determines appropriate recruiting sources for posting positions.
