Develop, maintain, and administer the Salesforce environment.

  • Customize and implement roles, settings, custom fields and objects, page layouts, workflow, approvals, dashboard, and reports.

  • Coordinators with Sales team members, Sales Operations, and finance to customize Salesforce for the organization to meet the company and sales organization's needs.

  • Ensure Salesforce is running efficiently and smoothly, and drive process improvements as well as manage the product roadmap.
