Technical

Monitor and audits the software engineering processes to ensure proper quality of the software.

Performs tests of software products that align with the software test plans and requirements.
Identifies bugs and issues, and works with developers to resolve them.
Helps establish processes, procedures and standards for testing plans, including creating and maintaining product testing scripts and executing all facets of QA testing throughout release cycles.
Maintains documentation and analyzes test results to ensure optimal performance of the product.
