To initiate and allow Admin editing of a Comp Review in Kamsa (including making edits and launching the review for reviewers), go to the Budget Summary page. 

Starting the Review Process (Admin Only):

  1. Click the button "Start Comp Review" to initiate the review process.

  2. Then, click on a Comp Reviewer’s name and you’ll be taken to the Comp Review page. 

Once the review is started, you can also go to the Comp Review Management page and click on “View Reviews” to be taken to the Comp review page, where you can make edits to the review (e.g., promotion titles, merit increase guidelines) before reviewers are granted access. 

Important Note: This initial start does not allow Comp Reviewers to access the Comp Review yet. It allows Admins only to edit the Comp Review details, and provides a login for any Comp Reviewers that do not yet have a Kamsa access, before inviting any managers to view or edit their Comp Review.

Inviting Reviewers:

  • Once you've finalized the Comp Review details for Admin edits, you can invite Comp Reviewers (e.g., managers) to access and participate in the Comp Review.

  • You can invite Comp Reviewers individually by clicking "Send Invite" for each Comp Reviewer.

Alternatively, click "Send Invites" to launch the review for all reviewers simultaneously.
