To initiate and allow Owner/Admin editing of a Comp Review in Kamsa (including making edits and launching the review for reviewers), go to the Comp Review Management page and select Review Budget Summary to get to the Budget Summary page.
Starting the Review Process (Owner/Admin Only):
Important Note: This initial start does not allow Comp Reviewers to access the Comp Review yet. It allows Owners/Admins only to edit the Comp Review details, and sends a login setup email for any Comp Reviewers that do not yet have a Kamsa access.
Click the Start Comp Review button to initiate the review process.
Then, click on a Comp Reviewer’s name and you’ll be taken to the Comp Review page.
Once the review is started, you can also go to the Comp Review Management page and click the View Reviews button to be taken to the Comp Review page, where you can make edits to the review (e.g., promotion titles, merit increase guidelines) before reviewers are granted access.
Inviting Reviewers:
Once you've finalized Admin edits to the Comp Review details, you can invite Comp Reviewers (e.g., managers) to access and participate in the Comp Review.
Invite Comp Reviewers individually by clicking Send Invite for each Comp Reviewer, or click Send Invites at the top of the page to launch the review for all reviewers simultaneously.
