Within User Management → Add User → Employee Data Access section, permitted Users can establish what kind of data each User will be able to access.
The options within Employee Data Access for a User to be able to access are:
Can see all data
Can see all data except Kamsa People department and Executives
Can only see data under their reporting structure
Can see all employees under selected manager(s)
If a User has a Role that has permission to the Employee Data page, Market Compensation: Company Ranges, Career Paths: Kamsa Job Family, Planning & Level Reviewers, Cultivate Your People, Comp Planning, Comp Review, and/or User Management, you’ll need to establish Employee Data Access the User can see.
