Required (Green)

Employee ID, Employee Name, Department, Company Job Title, Date of Hire, Country, Work Location, Currency, Base Salary, Pay Basis, Employment Type, Employment Status, Work Hours/Week (if PT)

- Employee ID must be unique & consistent.- Dates: MM/DD/YYYY only.- Currency: 3-letter ISO (e.g., USD).- Base Salary: numeric only (hourly if Pay Basis = Hourly).- Work Hours/Week: required if Part-Time.

Optional (White)

Manager Name & Manager ID, Exemption Status, Gender, Target Bonus (Amount or %), Target Commission (Amount or %), Last Date of Increase, Performance Rating, Equity fields (Shares Granted, Unvested Shares, Grants, Dates)

- If entering Manager Name, Manager ID must match that employee’s Employee ID.- Bonus/Commission: enter Amount or %, not both.- % fields: enter whole numbers (e.g., 15, not 15%).- Performance Rating must match Company Profile settings.

Admin Only (Gray)

Business Title, Kamsa Job Level, Kamsa Job Code, Market Data Cut
