You can set eligibility criteria for your Salary Review using the steps below:
Within the Comp Review Management page click Manage Eligibility
Under the Salary Review Eligibility section, click the Manage button
Next, select a Category you want to use as a criteria to filter and select those you do not want to be eligible (mark as ineligible).
The most common criteria use are:
Date of Hire
e.g., Select the “Date is After” from the Filter drop-down and enter 30 June 2023 as the Value field if you want any employees who were hired after this date to be marked ineligible.
Date of Last Increase
Select the “Date is After” from the Filter drop-down and enter 30 April 2024 as the Value field if you want any employees who received a salary increase after this date to be marked ineligible.
Once you’ve entered all eligibility rules, click Apply.
A list of the ineligible employees (based on the eligibility rules) will appear. Click Apply to accept.
Optional: To grant eligibility exceptions and change ineligible employees to eligible, you can click on their name to mark their name green as eligible.
You can also click Make Eligible under the Still Eligible for Salary Review section and click any names, turning them green, for those you want still eligible for the Comp Review.
Other Notes:
Employees listed as ineligible are excluded from the budget calculation, but their info will still be viewable by Comp Reviewers (ineligible employees will be shaded as gray rows) in the Comp Review.
The reason for ineligibility will display in the Comp Review for ineligible employees.
Employees that are ineligible based on eligibility rules that are included in a Promotion upload will be automatically made eligible and included in the budget calculation.
