A pay mix of 60/40 means 60% of the On-Target Earnings (“OTE” or “Total Cash”) is Base Salary and 40% is the Target Incentive.
Example: If the OTE is $100,000, and recommended pay mix is 50/50, then $50,000 Base Salary + $50,000 Target Incentive (e.g., commission opportunity).
