How does Kamsa Job Match align with employees Company Titles?

When uploading a census data file or importing from your HRIS, any employees that have Company Title change or for any new employees, Kamsa uses machine learning to match their role against the closest Kamsa Job Match (i.e., using data points like their Company Title and direct reports, if any), but you should review all these employees’ Job Matches and respective job level to confirm they are accurate. 

As you adjust/correct any employees’ Kamsa Job Matches, as needed, it learns to better match employees’ over time and Kamsa Job Matches (e.g., Job Family and Job Level) gets more accurate.
