Business Titles allow companies to use more uniform titles for a job to create consistent title usage to internally structured similar jobs across the organization.
Often, Company Job Titles for similar roles may differ (i.e., Senior Front End Engineer and Senior Back End Engineer), but have the same Kamsa Job Match (e.g., Senior Software Engineer) and should have the same salary range.
Business Titles are initially populated using the Company Job Titles from the census file uploaded and can be edited in Employee Data, Employee Profile, and Job List.
Note: Business Title and Company Job Title can be the same for some employees.
